Privacy policy

Last updated: November 6, 2026

ChatPort.ai is operated by Ebenezer Software LLC, a North Carolina company ("we"). This policy covers the ChatPort browser extension and the chatport.ai website.

In short: the extension runs entirely in your browser and sends nothing to us. The website stores your email address only if you sign up for launch updates.

The ChatPort extension

The extension has no server and no account. We do not collect, receive, store or sell any information from it.

The chatport.ai website

The website uses no cookies, analytics or tracking. Like any website, our hosting provider (Amazon Web Services) processes your IP address and browser details to deliver pages to you.

If you sign up for launch updates, we store:

We use your address only to email you about ChatPort: a confirmation email, then the launch announcement and occasional major updates. Emails are sent through Amazon Simple Email Service. We do not sell, rent or share your address with anyone else.

If you don't confirm your address, we delete it after 30 days. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link. After you unsubscribe, we keep your address only as a record not to email you again. To have it deleted entirely, email us.

Your choices

You can ask to see or delete the information we hold about you by emailing support@chatport.ai. We'll respond within 30 days.

Children

ChatPort and this website are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new date. If a change affects how we use your email address, we'll email you before it takes effect.
